This street would be so nice for strolling if not for this eyesore. Fence partially blocks street. Trash spilling out. Just a case of owner negligence. Someone please tell the owner that they have made a mess.

update:
This building is being rehabilitated by the owner. They have all of the permits needed and the property will be transformed into a beautiful building when the project is completed.
This area has been cleaned up and given that is is an active construction site we are satisfied with the contractor's management of the site.

When LCI was on site this mess was cleaned up. They were painting and ladders were by the front door.
LCI would not allow the property to stay like the initial photo.
Let's be fair now........
