update:

This building is being rehabilitated by the owner. They have all of the permits needed and the property will be transformed into a beautiful building when the project is completed.

This area has been cleaned up and given that is is an active construction site we are satisfied with the contractor's management of the site.

I think they could do a better job of keeping it orderly. Really no need for the tipped over trash can.

LCI seems to be easily satisfied by the placative answer I imagine they gave them but I am not particularly satisfied with the appearance. See photo.

When LCI was on site this mess was cleaned up. They were painting and ladders were by the front door.

LCI would not allow the property to stay like the initial photo.

Let's be fair now........
