Driver in a tan Lexus on Kelly Drive and Falls Bridge ran the right red turn arrow onto the Falls Bridge at @30mph while I was about to cross with the walk signal. White male approx. 50 years of age, smoking a cigarette with one hand on the wheel, the other out the window. I verbally expressed my concern and he turned confrontational. He stopped his car on the middle of the bridge, allowing me to get his tag #. Beware of this intersection and this driver.
