This monster has been destroying tires for 2 weeks now and no one is doing anything about it. Tonight we got hit and while we're waiting for our tow 8 other cars got blown out too! One of the tow guys said, "Oh yeah I've been coming here for two weeks now".

This is on the offramp from Woodhaven Rd (northbound), to Philadelphia Mills
