This car, a black hyundai Elantra, perhaps mid 90's. It has been reported on 311 many times as well as e-mails to the mayor's office at least 5 times since April. It had inspection stickers from May of 2015. About one month ago, the owner obtained a new registration and license plate and the safety inspections stickers were removed all together. It still has no inspection sticker and it continues to get worse with two flat tires now as opposed to one and it looks as if fluids may be leaking. It's new license plate is KLX-0478. It is sitting directly in front of my house at 236 Osborn Street and I would like to be able to wash my car which I cannot do since this abandoned car still sits there. Could someone please do something!
