Still no change and there won't be either because someone is not doing their job or the owner is connected to the appropriate powers that be.
PLEASE NOTE: The owner has a HOMESTEAD EXEMPTION. You need to OCCUPY THE PROPERTY to be eligible. Hence my concern for his connection to the civic power structure.

Nothing has changed. The property is looking worse every year. On top of that I have been informed that the OWNER HAS A HOMESTEAD EXEMPTION. If true, it is a mockery of us and the city.

Not legally occupied. Has never been, going on about 10 years now. Nothing has changed on the exterior. No noticeable change on the interior.
Now the rear yard is full of weeds and home to plants infested with the Spotted Lantern Fly. Immediately adjacent to an award winning community garden.
I will report it to the organization you provided, but why cannot, does not, the city do anything about this hellhole?

I am the original, and apparently only, complainant and I am furious. What is going on at 311? 1541 days and still open. I have not been contacted by 311 regarding this matter and doubt I ever will. Does 311 keep it open to make it appear as though they are actively working on it, when they are not? This property is an eyesore and public health nuisance and a blight on the neighborhood. The owner, Alaine Drexler, originally provided a hollow gesture to the community garden and Philadelphia Horticultural Association - whom he essentially bought the property out from under - saying he would develop the property and live in it as his permanent residence.
As far as this matter is concerned, 311 is useless.

Its been four, going on five years and nothing has been done, nor will ever be. This system has failed our community and, most likely, no one at ClickFix has ever or will ever read this or the many previous complaints and comments.

If anyone reads these comments please note that in regards to this issue the ClickFix system is worthless. A waste of time.
