    A continuing problem with trash being put out early further complicated by incomplete trash removal by City Workers.

    "The City may have skipped the pick up because of the temporary fence. The workers need to find more reasons to pick up trash then not pick up trash and my report will reflect my sentiment. Too many people work too hard keeping the Block clean for the City to be shirking their responsibilities to simply remove trash."

    Also I have film of a City Sanitation Worker removing bagged dog poop from the recycling and dumping it on the street. all on the same day. Two trucks, two sets of workers and dog poop and major trash not hauled away.

    Suffice it to say that the residents are not happy campers.
