Description
As of 02/14/2018, it’s back. There is a deep hole in the Manayunk Canal Path near the upper bridge to Venice Island. It is a danger to pedestrians and bicyclists, and is behind 4436 Main Street.
Here’s the same problem from June 2015.

As of 02/20/2018, this issue has been fixed! Philly 311 finally gets one right.
