Description

Electronic traffic lights like the one ones on Fitch and Blake Street do not work in the extreme cold. I have almost been run over many times because these intersections are busy and cars expect pedestrians to wait for their signal-- there is almost no way for a pedestrian to cross on a green light meant for traffic when there is obviously a pedestrian signal. Drivers have no way of knowing the pedestrian signals are not working.
