Description

Reported before. now I know the apartment (17). TOO MANY OCCUPANTS Mmultiple animals (only 2 allowed on our lease) and one of them a dog that yaps nonstop 6 people including 2 minors These are 2 bedroom apartments and max is 4 people per our lease agreements. Management does nothing and could care less about safety of the tenants in the building. They must have a maximum number per fire codes or child services laws. This is not safeor a good environment forthose kids.....

Are they still over occupying? Any resolution to this yet? Has fire been called to check building occupancy permits? Has housing and development checked out occupancy? Are you waiting for something bad to happen? Is leasing company doing anything for lease violation of 5-6 people in 4 max person apartment? Is anything being done to leasing company for failure to correct this known issue?

Can the city look into child endangerment against the leasing company since they know about this and are ignoring it? What about the 3 adults harboring these children in this apartment since they signed the lease and know that this is endangerment?

Has the fire department and code enforcement investigated the max occupancy and addresses this with Heritage Management or does this need to get escalated to the State level? Are you waiting for someone to get injured? This puts a big liability on the City since they have been made aware.

5 months and nothing done. Email the mayor , and every Department head that has an address listed on City of Manchester website. Not acceptable

The poor kids, if anything happens to them… just awful. The Heritage Management and City all have been notified so they are now guilty of negligence if anything happens. You think they would be more careful and less neglectful after things like the Harmony case.

Apparently kids safety, Code Violations and over occupancy is “Animal Control”… No wonder FBI had to investigate the death of a minor after MA and NH Child Services dropped the ball…

Back up to 4 cats, 2 dogs, and 3 adults and 2 kids in this small 2 bedroom apartment. If this company allows this in one unit, imagine the others we don’t know about…disgusting, dangerous and disappointing behavior by all involved.
